Scubaocity offers a Dive Booking, Tracking and Marketing System for Dive Businesses.
(Dive Travel Business News - November 14, 2010) - Scubaocity is a new dive booking, reservation tracking and marketing system for dive retailers and dive operators. The management tool and booking engine promises an easy cohesive framework for dive businesses to collect, access, process, analyze and disseminate data that is vital to a company's success.
The application helps a dive business to manage their current customer base, create and track reservations and provides a Secure Socket Link (SSL) for secure transactions. The tool also includes a bulk email system and integrates social media to connect with existing and new customers.
There are two distinct parts to Scubaocity.com: An internal view which allows the User to manage the business, and an external view which allows its customers to see follow the business, make reservations, and manage their own accounts.
Scubaocity has recently partnered with Tropical Reservations, the world’s only vertical tropical travel portal, to provide one stop shopping for vacation planning and booking. A new online travel service, Tropical Reservation offers a free listing service that includes direct links to the User's website, the ability for customers to post comments, video and pictures and the opportunity to showcase the User's business. An upgrade to the full package gives Users Skype access, boat descriptions, class descriptions, RSS Feeds to Social Media sites and a complete business profile.
There will be to presentations on Scubaocity and Tropical Reservations at DEMA. The "Connecting the Dots" seminar will be held Friday November 19 at 4pm and Saturday November 20 at 9am. Scubaocity also offers a free trial of its application on its website or contact Scubaocity via email captgary@scubaocity.com.
