(Dive Travel Business News - January 9, 2012) -- The luxury liveaboard Paradise Dancer has decided to weigh anchor and set sail under her own management after 3 years with the Dancer Fleet . She now operates under the name, Dewi Nusantara, meaning Goddess of the Archipelago in Indonesian.
Guido Brink, managing partner of the Dewi Nusantara, says “After having worked closely with the Dancer Fleet for many years the time has come to go our own way and explore new cruising products and markets independently. We say farewell to the Dancer Fleet and we will always remember the good times we had and the great friendships we made ”
Based in Eastern Indonesia Dewi Nusantara will take you to the most sought after dive locations in the heart of the Coral Triangle. The dive areas we cover are Raja Ampat, Cenderewasih bay, Halmahera, Ambon, Triton bay, Alor and Komodo. Besides the scheduled cruises they also design “tailor made” dive itiniraries all over of Indonesia.
The management of Dewi Nusantara has 14 years of experience operating adventure and dive-liveaboards in Indonesia with an impeccable service and safety record. The operation has an extensive database of dive sites in all premium dive areas of eastern Indonesia as well as a deep knowledge of the diverse cultures of Indonesia.
The Dewi Nusantara was built by a master ship builder in the jungles of east Borneo under close inspection of Guido who designed the ship and managed the building from start to finish. With her launch in May 2008 she raised the bar for luxury liveaboards in Indonesia. Keywords in her design are elegance and comfort with no expense spared. The hull and rigging are inspired by the 3 mast schooners that sailed the Atlantic Ocean of the mid 1800’s. Besides the beautiful lines of these majestic ships their strength of construction was at the base of Dewi Nusantara’s design.
With her length of 190 feet and beam of 40 feet the Dewi Nusantara offers deck and stateroom space second to none: 8 Deluxe state rooms of each 215 square feet and 1 Master Suite at the stern of the ship of 455 square feet all with unique color settings and artwork. The lounge/restaurant of nearly 1000 square feet offers all comfort one can wish for. The interior was designed and build by the well known French designer, Bruno Helgen who succeeded brilliantly in making guests feel at home.
A few signature services include: gear handling, fluffy warm towels and a shoulder/neck massage after each dive, early morning coffee or warm coco in your room and lots more!
Dewi Nusantara will honour all bookings/reservations that were made through the Dancer Fleet by guests, wholesalers and agents for the Paradise Dancer for ALL cruise dates until March 2013. For more information please visit www.dewi-nusantara.com or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
