Beneath the Sea Celebrates 35 Years in 2011

(Dive Travel Business News - November 3, 2010) -- Beneath The Sea will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2011. The popular northeast dive and travel show held annually at the Meadowlands Convention Center in Secaucus  New Jersey will host almost 400 exhibitors from all corners of the world, and present 50 plus seminars and workshops explaining the latest from the fields of scuba diving, oceanography, Northeast diving, wrecks, rescue, and all kinds of underwater photography.

The Beneath the Sea exhibit floor will kick off on Friday March 25th 2011 followed by a casual Tec/Wreck party at one hotel and the Fish n’ Famous black tie gala at another hotel. Saturday offer seminars, exhibits and workshops. Saturday evening features the V.I.P. awards dinner with its presentation of the annual Divers of the Year awards, followed by the annual Saturday evening’ International Film Festival and closes with the Decompression Party. A Sunday highlight is the Ocean Pals Sea of Sweets party and Special events program for children, their families and teachers – children accompanied by adults admitted free.
