Bahamas Professional Dive Symposium - June 10-11, 2008

(May 25, 2008 - DTN) -- The Bahamas Diving Association and Bahamas Ministry of Tourism has announced the first ever dive symposium scheduled for June 10th and 11th, Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas. This two day event will showcase the best in diving the Islands of The Bahamas has to offer. Cost is $199, but includes a $350/pp airfare allocation, meals, hotel and diving.

Neal Watson, President of the Bahamas Diving Association comments “This new symposium is a great way for dive travel sellers, dive retailers, or dive media to learn more about the Bahamas dive product.” Mr. Watson continues “Part of our strength as a destination is that we encompass 700 islands, making the destination very diverse in terms of types of diving available. The two-day symposium is a hands-on opportunity to learn more about and experience the dive product within the Islands of The Bahamas.”
